Born out of the need to protect ecological systems from being contaminated by bacteria etc carried from one part of the world to another by ships ballast water the OPS system has exceeded all expectations in accreditation trials.

The technology can now be utilised in land based applications where water is drawn from non potable sources and give a usable medium for such as cooling water with the complete knowledge that it contains no particulate and bacterial matter and once again without the need for expensive chemicals and in an environmentally friendly manner.
